The location was favourable, only a short distance to Yungay Square. The staff were amiable lot of time. The room with bathroom.
Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

Truly enjoyed my 3 nights stay. The staff were friendly and knew the area. The a single room had all necessary amenities. Also, location was good, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Plaza de Armas Arturo Prat.

Location: the hotel was very close to the bus terminal, Puerto Natales and the bus station. The staff was very amiable in all services. The room we where offered to move into was clean and included TV, a coffeemaker, and a dining area.

The staff was friendly and flexible on arrival and throughout the stay. The hotel had a favourable and marvellous location quite a walk from Base Camp. It was also set close to a bus stop.
